Hi, I'm Jennifer Courter! I'm a ukulele jam leader and teacher.

Music has always been a central passion in my life. I studied piano and viola with private instructors from a young age and played in community orchestras throughout high school. In college, I studied piano with Terry Spiller, and since 2022, I have studied voice with Tina Strance. I picked up the ukulele on a whim in 2017, and it quickly grew into a full-time commitment to learning, teaching, collaborating, performing, recording, and producing ukulele-focused music.

Alongside my musical pursuits, I earned a Ph.D. in mathematics. My career has included publishing research, teaching at universities and colleges, tutoring, and developing software at a tech company specializing in computer visualization, animation, and special effects.
